Shipping policy
For UK shipping and USA shipping please see relevant sections below. For other international countries please contact me direct to discuss. All international orders will be invoiced manually via Paypal.
UK SHIPPING
Shipping costs vary depending on the product purchased.
For orders totalling up to and including £26 = postage will be £4 and second class standard.
For orders totalling between £26.01 - £170 = postage will be £6 and Tracked 24hr service.
For orders totalling between £170.01 - £300.00 = postage will be £15 and Special Delivery service.
For orders totalling over £300.00 = postage will be £20 and Special Delivery service.
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days and deliver to the UK within 5-7 working days. Should there be a delay, we will contact you directly. We shall not be liable for late delivery or failure to deliver through any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address you provide us with and we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
You must inform us as soon as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your full name and order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
USA SHIPPING
USA shipping prices are based upon the weight and value of the tree you have ordered. For a rough guide to the shipping costs please see the information below - final shipping price will be confirmed upon enquiry.
Please note I will not be responsible for any taxes or duty fees (or other fees) applicable to the destination country (including exchange rate fees/commissions), these are not included in my prices or shipping fees and remain the responsibility of the buyer. Please may sure you are aware of any additional fees you may incur before placing an order.
All USA orders will be invoiced manually via Paypal and shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked service.
